The Order Process

  • Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the goodies you've purchased.

  • A follow up e-mail will be sent once we dispatch your order.

  • Please allow approximately 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive.

  • We use a combination of both Hermes & Royal Mail. It will say in your dispatch e-mail which service to expect.

  • If the service is Hermes, in the dispatch e-mail there's a 16 digit tracking number and a "Track Shipment" button.

  • Click this button to go to the Hermes website where you can pop the tracking number in to track your order.

  • Hermes will keep you updated as to where your parcel is via e-mail. They'll let you know when your parcel is out for delivery, and will provide a time window so you don't need to wait in all day.

  • You can choose to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or divert it if you're not going to be in. You can do this via the directions in the Hermes e-mail.

  • If you have any trouble with your order, drop us an e-mail at  and we'll take a look into it for you.

Handy hints

  • Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

  • At present we only offer shipping to addresses within the UK. We don't offer International delivery options.

  • Hermes will attempt to deliver three times before returning the parcel to us.

  • Royal Mail, if you are not home when they attempt to deliver, will leave a red "Something For You" card. Take this, plus ID to your local sorting office to collect your parcel the next working day.
